A Taste of Pinot Noir

• Flagstone Fiona Pinot Noir : A solid garnet with rosy edges make this wine a stunner from the word go.
  There is an explosion of mulberry, thyme and violets on the nose surrounded by smoky and earthy richness.
  Layers of plum, Chanter Elle mushrooms and dark chocolate fills the palate. The wine show tremendous complexity and the finish are lingering and sumptuous.

• David Finlayson Pinot Noir : A fresh, modern, New World style with a nod to the complexity of Burgundy. This Pinot Noir shows ripe, fresh Raspberry, Strawberry and Vanilla notes on the nose. The palate has a touch of minerality and earthiness layered below the fresh, clean fruit

• Bouchard Finlayson Galpin Peak Pinot Noir : Another classic example of a typical Bouchard Finlayson Galpin Peak offering. Firm and resonating with anticipation, its flavour profile is slowly unfolding where a little patience will offer a generous palate of fruits of the forest flavours and development of complex cherry and dark berry tones. 

• Peter Falke Pinot Noir : Hues of delicate blush pink colour, with subtle aromas of crushed strawberries, ripe nectarines and flower petals. The palate finishes with a freshness of pomegranates and a stylish silkiness.

• Elgin Pinot Noir : This wine mesmerises with layered red fruit like strawberry and cherry, wildflowers, spice, an earthy minerality and long, succulent finish

• Ghost Corner Pinot Noir : A beautifully crafted Pinot noir with prominent red fruit of ripe cherries and sweet raspberries with an undertone of earthy, mushroom nuances. A silky palate with berries and delicate oak components following through.
