Brookdale Mason Road Chenin Blanc: This wine is pale straw in colour, the nose displays notes of peach, pear and citrus aromas. The palate is well integrated with good fruit concentration. A vibrant acidity balanced by creamy round texture and a lingering aftertaste.

Paul Cluver Village Riesling: The wine is pale in colour, with a beautiful green tint. This is an expressive wine with a melody of fresh fruit and citrus blossom notes. The palate is delicate with elegantly clean and zesty lime notes with great textural feel of the mid palate. There is a great interplay between the naturally retained residual sugar and acidity. Generally regarded as restrained, it displays typical Riesling ‘nervousness’. The mineral core, which is linked to the shale rich soils in which the vines grow, adds great complexity, structure, and the lingering after taste.

Le Petite Baboon Rock Unwooded Chardonnay: Lemon limes, green apple. Fresh acidity adding length that will develop with time in bottle

Pierre Jourdan Tranquille NV: Blended to be fresh and vibrant, enjoy tropical fruit, red berries and lime on the nose, which follows through perfectly on the palate. Enjoy a fruit-forward character and lingering finish.

Bruce Jack Sauvignon Blanc: The point of difference results from carefully blending premium Sauvignon Blanc vineyards from different areas. The cool climate component from the Cape South Coast lends this wine intense crunchy green apple and lemon grass. The riper components provide juicy white peach and touch of citrus.

David Finlayson Chardonnay:The wine is made from 4 different vineyards. As with previous vintages, the wine shows an elegant minerality with lime-citrus, sourdough and cinnamon flavours. The tight minerality keeps a wonderful acid grip on the palate showing good aging potential. A floral note of wild, white flowers such as frangipani and almond blossom is obvious on the front of the nose and follows through the palate. Likened by many to the flavours found in cooler Burgundian and Chablis sites, the focus here is to make elegant wines.
